Dear Fields Club Members:

As we near the end of the year, it is time to begin the process of electing new Board members. There are four (4) members whose terms expire at the end of 2024. This means there will be four (4) seats up for election.

The Board of Directors is currently finalizing the details for this year’s election process. The first step in this process is the nomination of candidates. To be an eligible candidate, one must be a Member eighteen (18) years of age or older and in good standing with the Club (no monies owed).

If you wish to be a candidate for this year’s election, please notify the Board. You may email us at boardofdirectors@fieldsclub.com, let a current Board member know verbally, or send a written notice via USPS. The Board will confirm receipt of all nominations.

The nomination period will end at 11:59 PM on Friday, October 11, 2024. All nominations must be received electronically or postmarked no later than this date.

If desired, you may also submit an information sheet or bio to communicate your qualifications and vision. However, this is not required.
