Notice of Annual Meeting of the Membership

To:         All Fields Club Members

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors for The Fields Swim & Tennis Club, Inc. has set a date for the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Membership as follows:

Date:                  Sunday, October 27, 2024

Time:                 4:00 PM EST

Location:         The Riverfield Clubhouse

4500 Missendell Ln, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092

As a part of this meeting, the Board will hold an election to fill four (4) Board positions for a term of two (2) years. To date, the following individuals have submitted their names for consideration to fill these seats (listed alphabetically):

• Cliff Bramble
• Carly Ely-Kelso
• Brandon Richardson
• Cory Salley

Interested candidates may continue to submit their names prior to the meeting. Alternatively, candidates may also be nominated from the floor during the meeting. While not required, candidates are encouraged to submit a one-page bio or information sheet. These will be included with the ballots at the meeting. Candidates will also have the opportunity to speak at the meeting and prior to the vote.

The Annual Meeting is open to all Members in good standing. The record date for the purpose of determining membership status for this meeting is October 9, 2024.

Please note: A quorum is required to conduct any business during the meeting, so please plan to attend either in person or via proxy. Per the Fields Club by-laws, the minimum representation required to achieve quorum is 10% of the total Member households. Attached to this notice is a proxy form along with instructions for submission. For those who cannot attend the meeting, please submit one (1) proxy per household.

Also attached to this Notice is the Agenda for the meeting. This agenda is subject to change prior to the start of the meeting.
